Not only do friends offer the support that is soooooo needed when you're trying to make big changes in your life, but they will be there to push you and hold you accountable. Not to mention of course it will be a whole lot more fun. Shared experiences increase emotional bonds you know. You will gain more than you ever lose when you achieve positive things with someone you care about. With that being said, image has the perfect setting for you and your buddy or your group of friends to get together and do some serious bonding. It could be meeting for one of our many classes, try Zumba on Saturdays...or perhaps being the busy women you are, find some time and meet at 6am for an early morning workout. image has a killer personal training staff and you and your buddy could share one...how great is that? It is a good way for you all to get off on the right foot, maximize results and stay focused. To further mix things up, try one of our Boot Camps! These intense programs are a hoot and they can zip up your progress toot sweet...perfect for gal-pal gatherings!
It's not always what you do, it is what you do consistently that matters. Working out with a partner can help you keep your workout schedule on track. If you and your workout partner have a motivating thought to share with the rest of us please email it to us and we'll post it for everyone to be inspired by.
