Why are people doing the Boot Camp thing?

Boot Camp insists that you push yourself harder. Do you think you workout hard enough? Probably not, people rarely push themselves as hard as a fitness pro will. Trainers will never risk injury but they will work you harder then you would yourself. This kind of push helps you build stronger muscles faster, develop better endurance and get you achieving your fitness goals lickity split.
Quick Results.
Depending on what kind of Boot Camp you sign up for and we offer many different kinds at different times you can burn up to 1100-1500 calories in just one 60 minute class. Different physical activities such as Band training, Ball exercises, Dumbbells, Calisthenics, Plometrics, Kickboxing routines, Dance ad Resistance Training...all get combined to boost results much quicker than typical exercises and workout classes.
Cheaper than a Personal Trainer.
Get all the benefits of a personal trainer, with less than half the cost. Fitness Boot Camp is much more cost effective than hiring a personal trainer. Because the boot camp is conducted in a small group of 15 - 20 people per class period, a less expensive price can be charged...but still give you the more focused workout you want.
Support Group.
Much like any program, when people are all going through the same thing together a common bond is formed. Boot Camp is no different, you will form friendships within your group. This helps you stick to your workout program, and provides you with instant "accountability" partners. Often boot camp participants have already gone through a previous session and offer great guidance to the newbies. Everyone works together to stay motivated and positive about yourself. How refreshing! Just so you know... there is zero tolerance for "workout snobs" (someone who makes someone feel bad for not being as "in-shape" as others) We are all about support and positive encouragement!
It is Fun.
The camaraderie, the intensity and different exercises all make Boot Camp a super fun option to your routine workouts. You need to mix up your workouts or you may get bored and fizzle...boot camp is a blast and laughter is pretty much a sure thing.
