Note: if for any reason an instructor can not lead a scheduled class, a yoga or boot camp class will be held in it's place. If an instructor is unavailable to hold the impromptu Boot Camp or Yoga class... the class will be canceled. These occasions are rare, but unavoidable. Thanks for your understanding.

It is asked that you wait outside the studio area if a class is in session prior to yours.

Class

Descriptions:

 

Hi/Low Explosion:

A high energy class with options for all levels.  Low impact plyometrics and classic aerobic moves designed to give you that cardio you need.

 

Fusion Ball:

30 minutes of strength training and core work using body weight exercises in conjunction with the exercise ball, followed by 30 minutes of fusion. A fantastic blend of body and mind.

 

Cardio Blast:

A cardio lovers dream! 4 minutes of hi and low impact aerobics followed by 4x one minute cardio stations chosen by your instructors.  Great for new comers and veteran aerobic goers alike. This is where you come to work!

 

Tone It Up:

We are going to give your muscles a run for their money. Using free weights each muscle will be targeted individually and worked until failure.

 

TGIF:

It's Friday! This class is a combination of members and instructors choice...the catch is that it is all cardio. Let your instructor know if you would like hi/Low aerobics, Step or Circuit.

 

No Sweat:

This class is strictly strength training with free weights and bands. All major muscle groups are targeted...no sweat!

 

Abs, Butts & Cardio:

3 areas most women what to focus on. 20 minutes spent toning cor, glutes followed by 30 minutes of high energy aerobics.

 

BBC:

Light aerobic warm up using the exercise ball and then using the ball as your bench to incorporate the core. Bands and free weights are also used to target all your major muscle groups...an excellent strength training class.

 

20/20/20:

20 minutes of cardio, strength training and core work. (very popular)

 

Cycle:

Hi intensity/low impact cardio workout using spin bikes.

 

Ab SOLUTE Abs:

20 minutes to target your core.

 

Cardio Circuit:

40 minutes of cardio split between various stations..big time cardio workout!

 

Hi/Low Circuit:

A mix of Cardio and strength training.

 

Muscle Up:

All muscle groups are targeted using bars and plates.

 

Yoga on the Ball:

This dynamic class utilizes yoga principles using the exercise ball for balance, core strength, flexibility, stability and postural alignment.

 

Turbo Kick:

Cardio Kickboxing full of energy to mix up your routine.

 

TBW:

A diverse class that uses various work out techniques and equipment to target all muscle groups. You will never get bored!

 

Zumba:

A fusion of Latin and international music that creates an effective fitness workout. You won't even know you're working out because it is so much fun!

 

*Yoga:

1 hour class of traditional yoga.

*Boot Camp:

1 hour of group personal training.

Most classes include a warm up and cool down with stretch and abs.
