YOGA 1: (Beginner)

This is a great class for t hose new to Yoga as well as continuing students. In this class you will be introduced to the principles of alignment and breathing as well as a great stress reliever.

YOGA FLOW: (Basic Yoga Required)

This class is for students who have experience in, and understands the principles of alignment and breathing. Students will be taught to refine their poses and build strength and endurance while transitioning from one pose to another.

RESTORATIVE YOGA: (All Levels)

This gentle approach to Yoga is for students with limited mobility or flexibility. Emphasis is on posture, alignment and breathing.

YOGA BODY SCULPT: (All Levels)

Yoga with strength training combines yoga poses (asana) with the use of light dumbells. Synchronizing movement with the breath creating a powerful mind-muscle connection. S

HATHA FLOW: (Basic Yoga Required)

A Flowing style of yoga set to relaxing music, where each posture (asana) flows into the next. Deep stretching with focus on breath awareness. Hatha Yoga combines the powerful mix of organic and muscular energy to tone and sculpt the body. You will feel strong, refreshed and rejuvenated.

FIT YOGA: (All Levels)

Creative Fusion style of yoga for those wanting to incorporate fitness thru dynamic movements combined with traditional yoga practice.

 

Coming In October

VINYASA FLOW YOGA:

Students must be familiar with basic yoga poses prior to taking this class. Poses flow together in this class and are held for varying lengths of time. Emphasis is on building strength and increasing flexibility.

ASHTANGA:

The class is based on Ashtanga's traditional postures that links breath with movement in a powerful flowing sequence. It cultivates strength, flexibility, alignment, concentration and stamina.

Our yoga studio is getting better by the day!...come experience the beauty of yoga in our beautiful new studio.

Fall has arrived and it is the perfect time to fit yoga into your schedule. We hope you've had a chance to try one of Lee-Ann's Pink Lotus yoga classes. Lee-Ann joined our yoga program over the Summer and we welcome her and her former students to the new image fitness yoga studio.

If you've never tried yoga before we make it easy by offering many beginner classes and classes that are suitable for all levels of fitness and teaching.

Sooo.. do try one of our wonderful yoga classes, Yoga passes are available at the front desk at very competitive rates.

All image fitness instructors are certified to teach yoga and many have been influenced by more than one style of teaching.

Each instructor will also have a unique style of their own which is often influenced by the teachers they have studied with; along with their individual personalities and continual practice of yoga in their daily lives...enjoy.
